5 VEGAN SMOOTHIE RECIPES

We came up with the perfect vegan smoothies, just for you. Because there’s nothing like sipping a smoothie to turn your quarantine backyard pool days into the tropical vacation we all deserve to have!

THE GREEN GODDESS

  1. 1/2 frozen banana

  2. 1 handful frozen mango

  3. 1/2 handful frozen pineapple

  4. 3 handfuls frozen spinach (or baby kale if you don’t mind the taste)

  5. 1/4 avocado

  6. 1 baby cucumber (or the equivalent of a normal cucumber)

  7. 1 thumb sized chunk of fresh ginger (change based on preferences)

  8. 1/2 thumb size chunk of fresh turmeric (change based on preferences)

  9. 1/2 lemon squeezed

  10. 2 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk yogurt (we use kite hill brand)

  11. 1 TBSP Hemp Seeds

  12. 1/2 serving vanilla protein powder (we use Amazing Grass Vanilla Honeysuckle)

  13. 1 scoop Daily Greens (we use Amazing Grass Green Superfood Detox & Digest)

  14. 1 TSP matcha Powder (we use this)

  15. 1 TSP maca powder (we use this)

  16. Unsweetened almond milk or water! Add more for a thinner smoothie and less for a thicker consistency.

Blend it all in a high powered blender! And then add a baby dash of ceylon cinnamon and fresh cracked black pepper on top. We know the black pepper part sounds weird, but it’s the only way for your body to actually use the turmeric! Promise you don’t taste it. This is our craziest smoothie but it’s DELICIOUS and the nutrient density is unreal. Taste the health.

BLUE MOON MAGIC

  1. 1 frozen banana

  2. 1 handful frozen pineapple

  3. 2 frozen strawbwerries

  4. 3 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk yogurt (we use Kite Hill brand)

  5. 1 clementine juiced

  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  7. 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (we use Garden of Life Sport)

  8. 1 TBSP blue spirulina (we use this)

  9. Unsweetened Almond Milk! Add more for thinner, take away for thicker

CHOCOLATE MINT LOVE

  1. 1 frozen banana

  2. few ice cubes

  3. 2 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk yogurt

  4. 1 TBSP Almond Butter (you can use Peanut Butter if you like. Just make sure it’s JUST almonds or JUST peanuts, none of the oils or sugars!)

  5. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (we use Garden of Life Sport)

  6. 1/2 TBSP Chocolate Mint Superfood Creamer (we use this) (add more to taste)

  7. Unsweetened almond milk (or any unsweetened milk alternative)

  8. OPTIONAL - 2 handfuls frozen spinach (takes away the brown color but doesn’t change taste and adds nutrients)

MIXED BERRY BABY

  1. 1/2 frozen banana

  2. 1 handful frozen mixed berries

  3. 1 TBSP Almond Butter

  4. 1 TBSP chia seeds

  5. 2 tsp acai powder (we use this)

  6. Unsweetened almond milk

  7. OPTIONAL - 2 handfuls frozen spinach (changes color but not taste and adds nutrients)

  8. OPTIONAL - 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (we use Amazing Grass Vanilla Honeysuckle)

SUNSHINE SOUL

  1. 1/2 frozen banana

  2. 1/2 handful frozen pineapple

  3. 1/2 handful frozen mango

  4. 2 clementines or 1 orange juiced

  5. 3 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk yogurt (we use kite hill brand)

  6. Unsweetened almond milk

  7. OPTIONAL - 1/2 handful frozen strawberries

  8. OPTIONAL - 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
