BECOME A ROOKIE
As you probably know by now, Amini means “believe” in Swahili. The whole premise of this company is to be something that we always believe in, that you always believe in, and that highlights WHAT we believe. We decided that each year we are going to have a new class of Rookies: women that we full-heartedly believe in and want to give a platform to. They are role models, world changers, and beautiful women inside and out. Through interviews and blog posts you will get to know them and what they stand for! They are the faces of Amini and a huge part of our family.
As we approach our one-year anniversary of Amini, it is time that we find a new class of Rookies. If you are selected to become an Amini Rookie you will be representing the company for the year! Like us, we want our Rookies to be passionate about caring for the earth and the people on it, believe in the importance of change, and inspire others to be conscious consumers.

So, what does being a Rookie entail?!
You are the new face of the company! You get to go on a trip to California for a photoshoot for the new styles, and are photographed by Cierra Jade Productions. On this trip you’ll meet the two other women selected to be rookies, and have memories to last a life time. On top of the photoshoot, we will sit down and do a one-on-one video interview where you get to talk about what you are passionate about. We want the world to get to know you.
We’ll bring you a gift box including an Amini suit of your choice, and then a swimsuit in the following summer collection (summer 2022) will be named after you!
But the coolest part of the whole thing is you meet amazing like-minded women and create a bond that lasts a lifetime. Last year’s group is still extremely close!

After doing so, be sure to share our Rookie Instagram post to your story and tag us!
Who can be a Rookie?
ANY WOMAN! We don’t care what age you are, as long as you’re over 16 (and have permission from a parent if you’re under 18). We don’t care what you look like, beauty comes from within and any body that is in a swimsuit is a swimsuit body. And we don’t care what you do for a living (as long as it’s legal ;) ), what you do is not who you are! We want unique women who know who they are, and the means we want you to be YOU! If you’re thinking about entering, ENTER!
